ROC (Resident-Owned Communities) Forum will provide
Educational opportunities for Boards of Directors and
residents to enhance the function to ensure the
continuation of service to Resident-Owned Communities.
Resident-Owned
Communities Forum Represents 50
resident-owned manufactured home communities on the suncoast, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater and
Pinellas County. We provide
information to those communities and the general
public on issues of importance to ROC’s.
